Check out Morgan Wright doing her thang! She loves inflicting beautiful pain on the bodies of unique individuals who have a taste for her art.

Photographing tattoo artistry is so much fun, especially when it's my good friend doing the work. Aside from the talkative client who can't bare to sit silently through the pain, this shoot was amazing. Time lapsing tattoo work in Dallas is so effective in showcasing the entire process without boring the audience. I mixed in regular video to calm down the visual experience a little bit and to also develop character. When I have a subject to video I approach the shoot with a couple of goals in mind: 1.) Who is the main character? 2.) Why should I be interested? I try to answer these two questions in under 5 seconds. This video is a perfect example of grabbing the attention of even a millennials mind, holding it through visual time lapses and then concluding the story with a finished shot of the piece. Enjoy...
