DESERT DRAMA

A fashion story with upscale fabrics that change into a multitude of dresses. LA Designer Monica Mayfield takes a simple cut of fabric and ties it into the most eloquent garments. This is fashion photography at its best! In the middle of White Sands National Park, New Mexico. Aaron Fairooz Co-Produces this fashion shoot with Monica Mayfield with the goal of launching her brand into the stratosphere.

Fashion photography in my opinion is the most forgiving when it comes to lighting. Depending on the mood the photographer is going for, you can allow yourself to let the shadows over the eyes go dark to add drama, or let the highlights peak a little to have realistic highlights. The point is, fashion campaigns should be raw and edgy if the goal is raw and edgy. And this extends through lighting, focal length and angles.
