One thing I'm constantly telling myself when shooting fashion videos is, "stop shooting the model, shoot the clothes!" What does this mean?? It means don't focus on the models face, focus on the details of the dress. While selling an outfit, the models face can actually be distracting. Hinting at her looks is ok for a couple of shots to show the viewer who the owner of the body is but you should always show more of the outfit so the audience gets it!
